Management Changes

The Living Marine Resources Management Act 1995​ allows the Minister to make management plans, rules and regulations for wild fisheries.  

The Act sets out what can be included in a management plan and establishes the processes to be followed when changing or reviewing fishery management plans, rules and regulations, including public consultation.​​​​

  • Scalefish Rules Remake
